Items that are returned will be issued a store credit in the form of a gift card or credit slip towards a purchase of your next item.All returns or exchanges must comply with MOC regulation in STATE OF KUWAIT. Exchanges will be treated the same as a return and will follow the same guidelines. Please note that the customer is responsible for all additional shipping charges.

In case of receipt of damaged, defective or not as ordered items, please report the same immediately to our Customer Service team on the day of delivery of the goods and the replacement will be on its way to you. Please note in such cases where a replacement is not available refunded amount will stay as store credit to use for future ordering
