At judiapril.com, we ONLY stock authentic products. All our items are genuine and are sourced directly from the manufacturer or from their authorized distributors. Prior to delivery, we do several levels of rigorous quality checks. If you have any concerns about the authenticity of any of the items you have purchased from us or are considering purchasing, contact us directly by emailing us at [email protected] or call our customer care and we shall be happy to address your concerns.

RETURN POLICY

Make sure your item fits our return criteria below:
• Returns must be done within 14 days from order date.
• Returns will not be accepted without prior authorization.

1- Order #
2- Reason for your return.
We will email back and provide further instructions.

Items that are returned will be issued a store credit in the form of a gift card or credit slip towards a purchase of your next item.

All returns or exchanges must comply with MOC regulation in STATE OF KUWAIT

EXCHANGE POLICY

Exchanges will be treated the same as a return and will follow the same guidelines. Please note that the customer is responsible for all additional shipping charges.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES CRITERIA

- Items must be returned within 14 days of order date.
- All items must be unused.
- All items must be in the original packaging and in good condition.
- All Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be redeemed for store credit, refund, or exchange.
- All delivery or return costs are the responsibility of the customer and is non-refundable.
- Upon inspection, the item has to be in resalable condition.

Items with any of the following conditions cannot returned:
- Sale items.
- Items with broken product seals.
- Items that have been damaged through customer use or abused.
- Items not purchased through Judiapril.com

Note: Returned products will be inspected and if items are determined to be used, damaged or tampered with, will be non-refundable.

DAMAGE & DEFECT

In case of receipt of damaged, defective or not as ordered items, please report the same immediately to our Customer Service team on the day of delivery of the goods and the replacement will be on its way to you. Please note in such cases where a replacement is not available refunded amount will stay as store credit to use for future ordering
